# Other AI apps

> Connect ChatGPT, Cursor, Codex and other MCP apps to TechnicallyFit.

TechnicallyFit is a remote [Model Context Protocol](https://modelcontextprotocol.io)
server. Any app that supports remote MCP servers with sign-in can connect to it at:

```text theme={null}
https://mcp.technicallyfit.com/mcp
```

Each app opens the same TechnicallyFit sign-in and access screen described in
[Connect Claude](https://docs.technicallyfit.com/connect/claude.md).

## Sign in through the browser

**ChatGPT**

1. Open **Settings**, then **Connectors**.
2. Turn on **Developer mode**.
3. Choose **Create** and paste the server address.
4. Sign in with TechnicallyFit and choose what ChatGPT can access.

**Cursor**

Add this to `.cursor/mcp.json`, then sign in with TechnicallyFit when Cursor asks.

```json .cursor/mcp.json theme={null}
{
  "mcpServers": {
    "technicallyfit": {
      "url": "https://mcp.technicallyfit.com/mcp"
    }
  }
}
```

**Codex**

Add this to `~/.codex/config.toml`:

```toml ~/.codex/config.toml theme={null}
[mcp_servers.technicallyfit]
url = "https://mcp.technicallyfit.com/mcp"
```

Then sign in:

```bash theme={null}
codex mcp login technicallyfit
```

## Use a personal key

Some setups can't open a browser to sign in, such as scripts or a shared machine.
For those, create a personal key in TechnicallyFit under **Settings**, then
**Connected AI**, and send it as a bearer token. Treat the key like a password: it
acts as you, and you can revoke it from the same page.

```bash Claude Code theme={null}
claude mcp add --transport http technicallyfit https://mcp.technicallyfit.com/mcp \
  --header "Authorization: Bearer tf_live_..."
```

```json Cursor theme={null}
{
  "mcpServers": {
    "technicallyfit": {
      "url": "https://mcp.technicallyfit.com/mcp",
      "headers": { "Authorization": "Bearer tf_live_..." }
    }
  }
}
```

> [!TIP]
>
> The **Connect your AI** section in **Settings**, then **Connected AI**, always shows
> the right server address and ready-to-copy setup for each app.
