# Troubleshooting

> Fixes for the most common connection problems.

> **The AI app shows no TechnicallyFit tools**
>
> Sign-in or the access screen wasn't finished. Remove the connector, add it again,
> and complete the TechnicallyFit sign-in in the browser. If you chose
> **Don't allow** for every area, the app has nothing to call; connect again and
> allow at least one area.

> **Nothing happens after I paste the address in Claude**
>
> Custom connectors need Claude Pro, Max, Team or Enterprise. On a Team or
> Enterprise plan, an Owner may need to add the connector for the organization
> first (see [Team and Enterprise organizations](https://docs.technicallyfit.com/connect/claude.md#team-and-enterprise-organizations)).
> You can also use the [Claude Desktop config file](https://docs.technicallyfit.com/connect/claude.md#claude-desktop-with-a-config-file).

> **"Sign in required" or a 401 error**
>
> Your sign-in expired or was revoked. Reconnect from the AI app's connector
> settings to sign in again.

> **The connection request has ended**
>
> The sign-in page waits only a short time. Go back to your AI app and start the
> connection again.

> **A change I asked for didn't happen**
>
> Changes arrive as proposals. Open the proposal card in the chat, or the link it
> carries, and confirm it in TechnicallyFit. Your AI can check the outcome for you.

> **Coach tools are missing**
>
> Coach workspace tools need a paid Coach Academy plan. During a trial, or while a
> plan is unpaid, only the teammate workspace connects. Ask your AI to list your
> workspaces, or switch to the coach workspace once your plan is active.

> **A 402 error about VERA credits**
>
> The account has no VERA credits left. Buy credits in the TechnicallyFit app to
> continue.
