When an AI app connects, it acts as you, limited to exactly the access you approve. You choose that access on TechnicallyFit’s own sign-in page, never inside the AI app.

Access areas

The access screen lists the areas the app asks for. For each one you choose View and edit, View only or Don’t allow. Edit access includes view access for the same area and never reaches into another area. You can start with view only and allow more later by connecting again.

Every change is a proposal

Tools that change your account never act on their own. They return a proposal with a summary of the change. You confirm or cancel it yourself, on the card in the AI app or in TechnicallyFit at the link the card carries. The AI app can’t confirm for you. Nothing on this connection deletes anything. Where TechnicallyFit offers removal, the connection can only archive or change a status, so anything can be recovered.

Workspaces

If you use TechnicallyFit in more than one role, the access screen asks which workspace to start in, and your AI can switch between them later.
  • Teammate: your own training. Always free.
  • Coach: your roster, bookings, offers and client programs. Needs a paid Coach Academy plan. A coach in a trial, or whose plan is unpaid, connects the teammate workspace only.
  • Business: organization summaries for the roles your business grants you.

Your data

  • The connection reads and writes only your own account, and as a coach, only the clients on your roster.
  • Some of what you can share is health related, such as pain reports, injuries and daily check-ins. It’s shared only when you allow Workouts and programs.
  • TechnicallyFit doesn’t read your conversations with the AI app. It sees only the tool calls the app makes on your behalf.
  • How TechnicallyFit collects, uses and keeps data is covered in the privacy policy.

See and revoke connections

Open Settings, then Connected AI in TechnicallyFit to see every connected app, when it was last used, and your personal key. Choose Disconnect to revoke an app. It takes effect immediately; the app has to sign in again to reconnect.
